If you choose our 100% Pre-pay program, you will lock in a price and receive a discount for prepaying your estimated gallons. You would need to send your full prepayment with your signed contract no later than July 31, 2024 (8-month program). If any propane purchases are taxable, the sales tax must be included in the total payment due.

EXAMPLE: Patron agrees to purchase X gallons of Propane to be delivered between September 1, 2024, and April 30, 2025, at $ X per gallon, plus sales tax, if applicable, of $X for a total of $X.

Contract Rules:

• You must have a current status (no balance over 30 days past due) on open account as of the date the contract is signed.  Annual purchase of 500 gallons required to contract. Annual usage less than the water capacity of a leased tank will be subject to a low usage fee.
• You will be placed on our automatic scheduled delivery system. See our website for details.
• Gallons delivered in excess of those contracted will be at the price in effect on the date of delivery and payment will be due the 25th of the following month.
• No contract gallons will be delivered after April 30, 2025. All terms, quantities and conditions of this agreement are null and void as of the expiration date of this contract, April 30, 2025.
• Insight FS shall be excused from nonperformance of all or any portion of this contract to the extent such nonperformance is the result – directly or indirectly – of fire, flood, wind, earthquake, war, riot, civil commotion, embargo, labor difficulties, or any other cause beyond our control. Insight FS is not liable for freeze up as a result of an out of gas event at secondary homes, cabins or shops, where propane consumption may fluctuate.

This 8-month program allows you to lock in a price for your estimated gallons and be billed as your propane is delivered.

With the 12-month Even-Pay program you are on a propane budget where you make 12 monthly payments on a locked-in price, with the first payment due by September 25th and the last payment due by August 25th.

EXAMPLE: Patron agrees to purchase _______ gallons of Propane to be delivered between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025, at $ _______ per gallon.  (Note: Gallons with this option include a summer fill.)

Monthly Payment: Your monthly payment of $ ____ is due in full by the 25th of each month starting September 25, 2024, with a final payment due August 25, 2025. To minimize any remaining balance at the end of the contract year (“Carryover Balance”), your account usage will be reviewed on a bi-annual basis to determine if a change in monthly payment is necessary. You will be notified in writing of any changes to your monthly payment.

Contract Rules

• This contract will be automatically renewed every year on September 1^st.  Your monthly payment for future contract years may vary based on your usage history and current market prices.
• Gallons delivered beyond the contract quantity will be billed at our current market retail price.
• You can cancel this contract at any time by notifying us in writing. If you choose to cancel your contract, any outstanding contract balance will be immediately due in full.
• Insight FS shall be excused from nonperformance of all or any portion of this contract to the extent such nonperformance is the result – directly or indirectly – of fire, flood, wind, earthquake, war, riot, civil commotion, embargo, labor difficulties, or any other cause beyond our control. Insight FS is not liable for freeze up as a result of an out of gas event at secondary homes, cabins or shops, where propane consumption may fluctuate.

Carryover Balance: End of contract balances of $250 or less will be calculated into the following year’s payment upon contract renewal. Balances of more than $250 will be due by September 25 of each year. End-of-contract credit balances will be factored into the following year’s payment unless a refund is requested.

Payment Terms: I agree to make the specified payment every month for the next 11 months by the due date listed on my statement. I understand that my overall balance is shown on each statement and that Insight FS may adjust my payment amount accordingly at any time during the program period.  Even if my account has a credit balance, I must still make my monthly payment.  If my monthly payment is late, my account is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% of my past due balance.  If I miss two payments in a row, I am subject to removal from the program, I will lose my contracted price, the full balance will become due immediately and my account may not be eligible for the Even-Payment Program in the future.  By signing this contract, I agree that I have read and accept the above terms and wish to participate in the Insight FS Even-Payment Program.  To view our credit policy, visit insightfs.com/credit-policy.
