Agriculture is often overlooked as a career choice of recent high school graduates throughout the United States. In order to promote the diverse options for students we promote the diversity of positions available within agriculture, and specifically, here at Insight FS. As part of our commitment to our communities, we offer internships and scholarship opportunities to local students with interest in a career in agriculture. Yearly we hire interns to work at Insight FS in a variety of positions, from agronomy to energy and feed. We also offer 10 - $1,500 scholarships to full-time area students. The Insight FS Foundation was established in 2015 to administer funding to charitable organizations and activities that benefit our communities. We also sponsor scholarships through the Foundation to promote ongoing agricultural education. 

Insight FS has a long-standing affiliation with the Farm Bureau. Members who are agricultural producers and patrons of Insight FS are eligible to receive patronage when patronage is paid. We, along with GROWMARK, value our relationship with the Wisconsin and Michigan Farm Bureau Federation going back to the days when Farm Bureau first helped form our cooperative.
